Make no mistake about it: We miss all our farm friends and look forward to gathering again to break bread at the farm!
Please consider joining us virtually on Saturday, September 5 for a virtual interactive Dinner from the Farm. This year’s dinner, themed Food for Good, acknowledges the contributions of our own hard working staff at Massaro Community Farm and will celebrate their extraordinary efforts this year by providing dinner for two for each employee. This year’s menu is below.
Beet and Fennel Herb spread: balsamic reduction, carrot bread;  from The Farm Belly
Massaro Vegetable Quinoa: fresh summer vegetables tossed with a chilled herb infused quinoa, basil flecks and delicate white balsamic vinaigrette;  from Seasonal Catering
Lima bean and corn succotash: Massaro peppers and carrots; corn flour; (dairy free, nut free, gluten free, vegetarian); from Zinc
Heirloom Tomato Gazpacho: pulled chicken, basil oil drizzle, Olive oil ciabatta roll; vegetarian alternative: roasted mushrooms;  from Olmo
Honey & Fig Cake, hazelnut crumble, mascarpone whip; dairy/nut free alternative: chocolate coconut cake from Small Kitchen Big Taste

Join us for a virtual program
Whether or not you purchased one of our take-home meals, you are invited to join us for an interactive program this coming Saturday. Tune in for part of all of this evening to celebrate and honor those who grow the food we set our tables with.
The evening’s lineup includes live chat with farm manager Steve Munno, board chair Jon Gorham and executive director Caty Poole. We’ll take you behind the scenes with the chefs who strive to source locally grown foods. Steve and education director Corey Thomas will lead you on a virtual tour of the farm. We’ll also share highlights with you of our 10 years on Massaro Farm. Music and video generously provided by Paul Winter and Theresa Thomas. Raffle drawings throughout the evening!
