Kohlrabi and Radish Slaw

4 Kohlrabi
1 Large Carrot
5 Radishes
2 Tablespoons Chopped dill
1 Jalapeno
1 Bunch Scallions
1/2 Cup Mayo
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
2 Tablespoons Mustard
1 Tablespoon Cider Vinegar
Peel carrots and kohlrabi. Shred carrots, kohlrabi, and radish. Dice jalapeno and chop up scallions. Mix everything in a bowl. Start with less of the mayo and add more if it seems too dry, but be sure not to overdo it! Allow to sit at least an hour so the flavors can combine. Serve cold.
