This house is on the west side of the road and set well back, just below the intersection with Amity Road.

66 North Pease Road is an L shaped house with a gable-to-street wing on the left, which is probably a later addition. An open screened porch extends along the inside of the stuccoed wing to the main block. The gable end displays a square six-paned window, but many of the other windows contain 6-over-6 sash. There is an exterior end chimney on ,4 the right end of the main block.

Historically associated with the Smith Family for many years, this house was built about 1865 by David Fields Smith (1832-1908), the son of Bevil P. and Electa (Bradley) Smith who lived next door at #56. David married Delia Northrop about 1860 and they had at least two children, William and Arthur D. The house was inherited by Arthur Smith in 1908, and upon his death c. 1942 it passed to his heirs, Ralph C. and Selma W. Smith. The property left the family in 1959 and it was purchased by the present owners in 1982.
